New Pulse Asia Survey Show Binay Leading Presidential Polls

A new survey from Pulse Asia reveals that presidential candidate  Jejomar Binay is now leading the pack in terms of popularity.


The new survey was published by Inquirer which was done between December 4 to December 11 with a total of 1,800 respondents from all over the Philippines.

The survey reveals that Binay was the top candidate among the respondents from NCR (30 percent of total respondents), Luzon (34 %), Visayas (34%). Fan favorite Rodrigo Duterte garnered 43 percent votes from Mindanao.

It's still Binay who currently matter to the Class E category as the VP gained a total of 42 nods from all the respondents. Class D market also show strong support with 30 percent.

“If the May 2016 elections were held during the survey period, 33% of Filipinos would elect Vice-President Jejomar C. Binay as the country’s next president. Two candidates find themselves sharing second place – Davao City Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte (23%) and Senator Grace S. Poe (21%),” Pulse Asia said.
